Anna has consistently been among the top real estate producers in San Francisco and has been ranked as high as the top 1 percent nationally during her 23+ year career. She began working full time as a realtor in 1984 at Century 21 Gibraltar Realty and later in 1986 at Aetna Real Estate Company. In 1987 Anna Lisa then re-opened Benetti Real Estate Co., a San Francisco company her father originally opened in 1964. Over the next fifteen years she, and Benetti R.E.Co., went on to average over 10 million dollars in annual sales. Anna is an expert on real estate issues that specifically impact San Francisco, including tenant's rights. She has sold single family homes, condos, co-ops, residential investment and commercial property, and Tenancy in Commons (TIC's). She is also practiced in the conversion of multi unit properties to condominiums. A long-time member of the San Francisco Association of Realtors, as well as a licensed Notary Public in the state of California; Anna has also developed a diverse range of residential and income properties in both San Francisco and Portland, Oregon. These 25+ personal projects included the San Francisco musical landmark, The Bottom of the Hill, as well as the Jay-N-Bee Club. These projects all involved Anna's analysis and selection of appropriate properties, then oversight of design and construction, as many of these properties required total renovation. She is also an expert in restoring property to accurate period detail.
